Job summary

Home Genius Exteriors is seeking an in-person Sales Assistant who connects with new clients, sets inspection appointments, and presents our top-rated remodeling services. You’ll engage customers through face-to-face demonstrations and participate in weekly training to sharpen your skills.

No experience required for 18+, with strong communication and people skills. The role offers an hourly base with bonuses, company vehicle for fieldwork, and trips; schedule is weekdays 11–7 plus four weekend
