Hazen and Sawyer is seeking a Construction Manager to support the construction of water and wastewater facilities and utilities in the Denver area. The CM will manage construction, coordination, documentation, and inspection activities for multiple projects, interfacing with clients and ensuring delivery within scope, schedule and budget.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of CM experience in heavy civil or environmental trades, with proficiency in PROCORE and E-Builder.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years’ relevant experience as a Construction Manager in heavy civil or environmental trades.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to learn construction software such as PROCORE and E-Builder.
• Experience representing Owner/Engineer in water/wastewater projects preferred.
• CCM/PE/OSHA 10 or similar certifications preferred.

Aufgaben

• Lead and complete construction management tasks for water and wastewater projects.
• Interface with clients to deliver on project scope, budget and schedules.
• Review contract documents, RFIs and shop drawings.
• Coordinate communication among contractor, design engineer, facility managers and owner.
• Supervise field observers and ensure QA/QC on CM operations.
• Monitor progress, schedules and budgets throughout construction and commissioning.
