Job summary

Quiddity is seeking a Civil Construction Manager to lead the delivery of high-impact public infrastructure projects across the Houston region. You’ll oversee construction from start to finish, coordinating with public agencies, contractors, consultants, utilities, and communities to deliver safe, high-quality projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Engineering Technology, Construction Management, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience managing civil construction or public infrastructure projects.
  • Strong understanding of civil construction, utilities, drainage, roadway, and flood control projects.
  • Experience working with local, county, or state agencies and public-sector contracts.
  • Knowledge of contract administration, public procurement, budgets, schedules, and QA/QC.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to work effectively with contractors, consultants, agencies, and stakeholders.

  • Identify challenges early and develop solutions that keep projects moving.
  • Drive successful project closeout, final inspections, documentation, and agency acceptance.

Overview

Lead the delivery of high-impact public infrastructure projects across the Houston region. This position is available in an of our Houston offices!
