Job summary

Jobtailor is hiring for a Construction Support role in Pasadena, TX. The position assists Construction Managers with home building in a defined community, coordinates with trade contractors and suppliers, and ensures schedules, safety rules, and cost controls are followed on-site.

The role supports warranty requests for homeowners, maintains clean job sites, and communicates effectively with the home office and customers.

Responsibilities

• Assisting Construction Managers with the construction of homes in a specified community and/or area.
• Assisting in managing and collaborating with trade contractors and suppliers.
• Adhering to production schedules, contractor schedules and cost control policies and procedures.
• Ensuring compliance with company safety requirements, policies, procedures, and processes.
• Completing all warranty requests for current homeowners in a timely fashion.
• Ensuring job site cleanliness and assisting in completion of model/inventory maintenance.
• Maintaining open and effective communication with the home office and customers.
