Job summary

Rinvio is seeking a Telecom Construction Manager in Austin, TX for a long-term, multi-year data center build. This is an hourly W-2 staff role with field execution oversight, coordinating telecom trade contractors, and ensuring work aligns with drawings and specs.

You will read and enforce submittals, manage schedule and quality, and drive safety with OSHA guidance where applicable. Prior data center or mission-critical project experience is highly valued.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of commercial or industrial construction experience, including 3+ years managing Telecom scopes.
• Prior data center, mission-critical, or large industrial project experience strongly preferred.
• Able to read and enforce drawings, specifications, and submittals for the Telecom scope.
• Degree in construction management or engineering, or equivalent field experience.
• OSHA 30 preferred.

Job description

This is a Full-Time, W-2 Low Voltage position with Rinvio in Austin, TX, paying $71–$98 / hr.

Rinvio is staffing a Telecom Construction Manager for a long-term, multi-year data center construction project. You will run day-to-day field execution for the Telecom scope, coordinating trade contractors, tracking schedule and quality, and keeping installed work aligned with drawings and specs. This is an hourly W-2 staff position with steady work on a mission-critical build for the duration of the project.
