Job summary
Integrity PSC in Portland, OR is seeking a mid-level Construction Manager to oversee field construction activities for utility-scale solar projects. You will coordinate contractor performance, QA, and on-site supervision to ensure safety, schedule, and specs are met.
The role requires 5–10 years of CM experience, familiarity with EPC contracts and OSHA standards, and willingness to travel to project sites; NABCEP may be preferred for battery projects. Relocation support may be available.
Qualifications

Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day construction activities for utility-scale solar projects.
- Coordinate and monitor EPC contractor performance against schedule, budget, and quality.
- Conduct field inspections of racking, panel installation, inverter stations, and substations.
- Support contract administration, change orders, and progress reporting.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and project safety requirements.
- Participate in punch list development, commissioning, and closeout.
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to owners and stakeholders.
- Coordinate with permitting, environmental, and interconnection teams as needed.

The Construction Manager works with a moderate level of independence, reporting project status and escalating issues to senior project leadership as needed.

The pay range for this role is:
110,000 - 115,000 USD per year(Portland, OR)
