Job summary

Turner & Townsend is looking for an experienced Construction Manager, Project Coordinator, ORPM, CSF, or PCG to drive a large-scale ground-up commercial project. About the role

Turner & Townsend is looking an experienced Construction Manager, Project Coordinator, ORPM, CSF, PCG to work alongside our key client's large scale, ground-up commercial real estate construction project. The role will be responsible for all aspects of project delivery, from inception through to commissioning.

What you'll do

• Coordinate daily project activities between clients, contractors, architects, engineers, and vendors to support successful project delivery.
• Monitor construction progress, schedule milestones, and project deliverables, identifying and escalating potential risks or delays.
• Review construction documents, drawings, RFIs, and submittals to support project compliance and constructability.
• Assist with procurement activities, including contractor coordination, long-lead equipment tracking, and vendor follow-up.
• Support project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and reporting processes, ensuring accurate and timely project data.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction activities, quality standards, safety compliance, and project progress.
• Coordinate project meetings, prepare meeting minutes, track action items, and maintain communication among stakeholders.
• Support risk management, issue resolution, and change management processes throughout the project lifecycle.
• Assist with commissioning, inspections, punch-list management, and project closeout activities.
• Ensure project documentation is properly maintained and uploaded within designated document management systems.
• Collaborate with cost, scheduling, and project controls teams to provide accurate project status reporting and dashboard updates.
• Promote adherence to health, safety, quality, and regulatory requirements throughout all phases of construction.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 8 years’ project management experience.
• Degree in Construction management or Equivalent and OSHA certified.
• Proficient – expert experience level using Microsoft tools (MS Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to lead, coordinate & organize multiple stakeholders including general contractor and deliver project/program status reports as required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• The tenacity and drive to inject value and create solutions.
• Develops good working relationships with project team.
• Ability to work on site.
