Job summary

Sevan Multi-Site Solutions in Plano, TX is seeking a Construction Management Intern for Spring or Summer 2027. This full-time, in-office internship supports our general contracting division and project management team on national commercial and military housing projects.

You will review construction progress, assist with reporting, and help with documentation while applying your Construction Management or Construction Science coursework to real-life experiences. Travel 10-50% may be required.

Qualifications

The Opportunity:

Our Construction Management Intern assists our general contracting division and supports our Project Management team with review of construction progress, documentation, reporting, and other project tasks for national commercial general contracting and military housing projects. We are looking for outgoing students that want to apply what they have learned in their Construction Management, Construction Science, or similar courses to real life experiences.

• Strong ability to communicate, both verbally and in writing, with all levels of the project team including management, project management, clients, client’s organization, contractors, and vendors
• Ability to prioritize and handle diverse workload
• Willing to dive in, proactively ask for new things you can help with, desire to learn and ambition to excel
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to tolerate ambiguity and be able to work effectively within a diverse workplace

Work Conditions & Pay:

This is a 100% on-site position based in our Plano, TX corporate office. The position will be office based with recurring travel to project locations nationally. Multi-shift work may be required to accomplish work in active retail locations to meet aggressive schedules. Travel required (10-50%) on an as needed basis.

The anticipated compensation range for the position is an hourly rate of $19 - $23 based on a full-time schedule, market and business conditions, and is commensurate on individual education, qualifications, and experience.
