You will manage the P&L for sprinkler work, oversee project execution, and collaborate with operations to drive success across the state. The role reports to the General Manager and includes leadership of Design Manager and Project Managers. Ideal candidates have 7+ years in design, sales, estimating, or PM in fire sprinkler or related fields, with post-secondary education

Qualifications

• 7+ years in design, sales, estimating or project management in fire sprinkler or related field.
• Post-secondary education in a related program or equivalent experience.
• Experience managing financial results preferred.
• Strong written and spoken communication skills; ability to motivate others.
• Detail-oriented with ability to execute tasks precisely.

Responsibilities

• Manage the profit and loss of the Omaha office's sprinkler work.
• Oversee sprinkler project execution and coordinate with operations across the state.
• Lead reporting teams: Design Manager and Project Managers.
• Mentor and grow Ahern's contract business.
