Job summary

WSP USA is seeking a Full-Time Construction Manager to join our Dallas, TX office. The candidate will provide construction and technical direction across building/facilities projects, overseeing multi-discipline scopes from assignment to turnover.

Local field work with potential travel up to 100% is expected. The role emphasizes subcontractor coordination, project documentation, safety compliance, and active involvement in RFI responses, shop drawings, and commissioning activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
• Experience working with outside third-party vendors, suppliers, and contractors.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience and demonstrated success in construction management or related disciplines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, MS Project; familiar with Bluebeam, AutoCAD, and Procore; willing to learn new software.

Responsibilities

• Support the Project Manager in tendering works, bid reviews and bid analysis.
• Manage construction projects upon award of contracts.
• Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to ensure quality and schedule.
• Monitor budget and schedule, ensuring adherence to cost and delivery commitments.
• Document project status weekly and maintain a concise construction log.
• Record significant communications and manage project records.
