Innovar Group is seeking experienced Construction Managers to support a large-scale data center development in Santa Teresa, New Mexico. The role requires coordinating multiple contractors and trades, ensuring field progress and safety, and driving on-site execution with a strong ownership mindset.

Join a close-knit project team where field staff and direct employees work side by side. Travel or relocation support may be considered for the right candidate.

Formación

• 7–10+ years of construction management on large-scale projects.
• Experience in data centers, semiconductor fabrication facilities, or heavy industrial construction.
• Strong field leadership overseeing subcontractors, schedules, safety, and quality.
• Ability to troubleshoot construction issues, coordinate across disciplines, and drive timely resolution.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily field construction activities, coordinating contractors and trades across assigned scopes.
• Monitor schedules and work progress, identifying obstacles and coordinating solutions to keep execution on track.
• Support site safety and quality expectations, identifying concerns and following through on corrective actions.
• Coordinate work across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, civil, structural, and equipment installation scopes.
• Communicate field progress, issues, and priorities to project leadership and construction partners.

• Strong field leadership skills, including experience overseeing subcontractors, schedules, safety, and quality.
• Ability to troubleshoot construction issues, coordinate across disciplines, and drive timely resolution.
• Experience with MEP systems, civil and structural construction, or major equipment installation is highly valuable.
