Job summary

Calqulate Metrics Ltd is seeking a Project Manager - Superintendent for onsite, multi-site work on new custom homes. You’ll coordinate subcontractors, oversee design to construction, and drive safety, schedule, and quality across locations such as Monroe and Charlotte, NC.

Experience in new or custom homes is preferred. The role involves steering 8–10 active projects, with a supportive back office and opportunities for long-term growth within a regional home builder.

Position: PROJECT MANAGER - Superintendent

New Custom-Home Construction

This position is for an onsite/multi-site Project Manager for various jobsite locations with custom designed homes and individual homeowners on their own property. You will plan/schedule subcontractors to be onsite as needed to execute the build-time the project dictates.

Must have experience with new-homes (& custom homes preferred) to be considered.

Location: Monroe / Charlotte NC !

Main Responsibilities for this role:

• Over-communication with customers (& subcontractors) to ensure the highest satisfaction.
• Construction site management extending from the design & precon process, subcontractor-selection & executing contracts to managing safety and scheduling through c/o .
• Ensuring Budget & Schedule are met while also closely watching the quality of construction.

Basic Qualifications:

• Candidate will need experience in residential construction ( preferably in On-Your-Lot or scattered lot building) .
• Managing multiple projects (8-10 typically) at one time with average home prices ranging up to $525-625k (avg.)
• Qualifications include a 4+ year proven track record of successful operations & project leadership and within New Construction.
• Candidate will need to express good team-building skills & excellent communications abilities with customers/owners.
