• Provide hands-on construction assistance when necessary to help move work forward.

Qualifications

• Construction experience and strong knowledge of general construction; supervisory or management experience preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple crews and projects while organizing and prioritizing work.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and make decisions in the field.
• A reliable, organized, and hands-on approach to work.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for regular jobsite visits.
