The Construction Manager / Operations Program Manager (OPM)

Responsible for the overall planning, execution, client management, and operational oversight of construction projects. This role serves as the primary liaison between clients, internal teams, subcontractors, and municipalities, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within scope, and in alignment with company and client expectations.

The OPM provides strategic leadership, operational direction, and accountability across multiple concurrent projects.
