  • Act as the primary professional in charge of construction management services, ensuring project meets quality, safety, schedule, and cost.
  • Work with the senior construction manager as an integral part of the construction team.
  • Prepare field observation review reports, change proposals, progress meeting agendas/summaries, verify quality assurance and control implementation, review and recommend pay applications, progress schedule review, assist with claims review and responses, and review submittals while fielding construction‑related questions and keeping the owner informed of the project status.
  • Conduct site visits to perform construction observation.
  • Organize and track construction project performance and documentation to ensure our teams are tracking construction projects properly and maintaining required documentation.
  • Review vendor information to assure compliance with specifications.
  • Participate with engineering teams in the preparation of reports, studies, and calculations.
