Intrepid Acquisition Holdings, LLC is seeking a Construction Manager to read and interpret construction documents, lead design reviews, and ensure construction aligns with specifications. The role involves daily site reviews, reporting, and coordinating with government and contractor teams to deliver safe, quality projects.
The ideal candidate will hold a bachelor’s degree in engineering/construction management and have at least five years of field experience, with readiness for 100% deployment
The Construction Manager shall read, interpret, and decipher all construction documents (schedules, specifications, blueprints, schematics, diagrams, etc.), participate in design reviews, and ensure that all construction is performed in accordance with the construction documents. Construction managers shall review construction sites daily, document the reviews, and file the documentation. The qualified candidate will work with a team of government and contractor engineers, designers and surveyors to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project completion.
