HDR is seeking a Construction Manager for the Goshen Tunnel Rehab Project in Lander, Wyoming. The role includes overseeing the rehabilitation of nearly 100-year-old irrigation tunnels and ensures compliance with construction drawings and specifications.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least 2 years of experience in construction management. Responsibilities encompass maintaining accurate daily records, managing contractors, and conducting quality checks during the project.

We are currently looking for a Construction Manager to oversee the Goshen Tunnel Rehab Project. The project consists of rehabilitating and enlarging two nearly 100‑year‑old irrigation tunnels to an 18‑foot diameter, along with associated portal structures. Located near Torrington, Wyoming, the tunnels provide irrigation water to Eastern Wyoming and Western Nebraska. The work is split between two contractors, with portal construction delivered via Design‑Bid‑Build (DBB) and tunneling performed under a Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) contract. Tunneling will occur over two non‑irrigation seasons (September–May).
