This hands-on leadership role also manages subcontractor performance, ensures timely completion, and supports collections while maintaining high customer satisfaction and insurance performance scores.

Position Summary

The Construction Manager is responsible for overseeing all reconstruction work performed by the branch. This role leads a team of Project Managers and in-house craftsmen to ensure quality, efficiency, and excellence in the work performed. The Construction Manager is also responsible for overseeing subcontractor performance and maintaining high standards across all reconstruction activity. This is a hands-on leadership role that includes both project oversight and people management. The Construction Manager is responsible for ensuring the timely completion of projects, supporting collections, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and insurance performance scores.

Compensation And Benefits

As a Construction Manager, you will receive a base salary along with bonus opportunities based on branch profitability. Compensation will vary based on experience and can be discussed during the interview process. In addition, this role includes a company vehicle, fuel card, EZ Pass or Toll Tag, laptop, smartphone, and the tools and resources needed for success. Benefits include paid employee life insurance, optional medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) plan, generous paid time off, and additional benefits offered.

• Base Pay Maximum: $100000
• Base Pay Minimum: $85000
