Hargrove and Associates, Inc is seeking a Construction Manager to lead the delivery of moderately complex projects in Conroe, TX. The role requires progressive construction management experience, strong safety focus, and ability to manage cost, schedule, and quality with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities include coordinating scope, designs, subcontractors, and field work while maintaining relationships with clients and internal teams.
The Construction Manager is generally responsible for total delivery of services safely, on time, within performance budget and meeting quality expectations on moderately complex projects. Work at this level requires progressive experience in construction management and involves utilization of project controls for cost, schedule and quality of projects. This work will be performed under minimal supervision in Conroe, TX.
Primary responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
High School diploma or equivalent is required. Bachelor or Master of Science degree in Construction Science, Building Science or related field from an accredited university is highly preferred.
General Contractors License is highly preferred.
Requires a minimum 7 years of relevant industrial mechanical construction management or project related experience.
