What You’ll Do

• Support Project Delivery: Work with Project Managers (PMs) and Assistant PMs on day‑to‑day operations across active jobs.
• Own the Details: Help prepare and track Purchase Orders (POs), RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
• Stay Close to the Field: Collaborate with superintendents, subcontractors, and vendors to monitor progress and resolve real‑world challenges.
• Drive Project Clarity: Maintain schedules, meeting minutes, and action logs to keep teams aligned.
• Champion Safety & Quality: Assist in implementing jobsite safety protocols and compliance standards.
