Job summary

Shawmut Design and Construction is seeking college interns for a summer 2027 program in Las Vegas. Interns will work with project management, estimating, or field teams to gain hands-on industry experience at a 100% employee-owned company with a strong culture and client service focus.

Responsibilities include supporting day-to-day PM activities, developing estimates with the estimating team, and assisting field operations with daily reports and safety coordination.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Civil Engineering, Building Construction, or Mechanical Engineering.
• No specific major required; relevant fields prioritized.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Management activities and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Assist Estimating team to develop estimates and budgets with subcontractors.
• Assist Field team on daily reports, site safety, and punch list coordination.
