• Pursuing bachelor’s degree with graduation after 2027 in a related field.
• Ability to learn quickly, take feedback, and own tasks.
• Demonstrated teamwork and clear communication.
• Interest in construction management and related disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Support real project work on active construction sites.
• Take ownership of meaningful tasks and contribute to project goals.
• Receive mentorship from industry professionals and apply learning.
