Job summary

C&S Companies is offering an internship on our Construction Management team in the United States. As an intern, you will work on projects under supervision, meet with leadership, and develop professional and technical skills through mentoring and hands-on tasks.

You will gain exposure to data collection, project coordination from feasibility to final plans, and safe work practices while supporting staff and contributing to real infrastructure projects.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field; sophomore year preferred.
• Flexible, detail-oriented team player who can manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD or other 3D modeling systems.
• Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills.
• Previous internship experience or related student association is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine Construction Management tasks under supervision.
• May use computer-assisted engineering software and equipment to perform tasks.
• Collect and prepare data for evaluation.
• Assist in coordinating projects from conception (feasibility) through final plan preparations.
• Provide support to staff members as needed.
• Utilize safe work practices in accordance with company standards.
• Communicate incidents, accidents, near misses, potential hazards, and unsafe conditions to a supervisor.
