Engineered Structures, Inc. (ESI) offers a construction internship where students gain practical experience working with Superintendents, Field Engineers, Project Engineers, and Project Managers on active projects.
Interns become part of Team ESI and contribute to real projects and operations, strengthening technical and professional skills. You'll be mentored by seasoned professionals and exposed to construction planning, field coordination, and documentation.

ESI is licensed in 43 states, providing opportunities to gain experience across a variety of project locations, project types, and geographic markets.
