Job summary

The role requires extensive construction and maintenance experience, including supervisory responsibilities for planning, scheduling, training, and evaluating staff, and ensuring safe, compliant operation of electrical systems, plumbing, and grounds maintenance.

Qualifications

• Eight years' experience in construction and maintenance of buildings, structures, or electrical/plumbing systems.
• Four years as a fully competent skilled worker and one year supervisory experience.
• One year of supervisory experience includes planning and scheduling the work of others.

Responsibilities

• Supervise skilled trades workers, helpers, and equipment operators in construction and maintenance of buildings and structures.
• Oversee maintenance and repair of electrical or plumbing systems and related equipment.
