Job summary

Daniels Property Group (DPG), the internal construction arm of Daniels Health, seeks a Construction & Maintenance Specialist to support maintenance, renovation, and capital improvement projects across our national portfolio. This is a hands-on role for someone with a strong construction trade background who enjoys solving problems and delivering high-quality work.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial construction or facility maintenance experience.
• Trade experience in carpentry, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, roofing, or general construction.
• Knowledge of commercial building systems and construction practices.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively.
• OSHA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform general building maintenance, repairs, renovations, and facility improvements
• Complete special projects across the Daniels property portfolio
• Inspect facilities and identify maintenance or repair needs
• Coordinate subcontractors and assist with project planning and scheduling
• Support preventative maintenance programs and respond to facility maintenance issues
• Assist with roofing and other capital improvement projects as needed
• Ensure work complies with OSHA regulations, building codes, and Daniels safety standards
• Travel extensively throughout the United States
