Job summary

BCG Attorney Search seeks an experienced Construction Litigation Labor Law Attorney in New York City. The ideal candidate will defend construction-related matters and handle depositions and motions with a focus on Labor Law Sections 240(1) and 241(6), and indemnification issues.

The attorney will report to clients, coordinate with carriers, and manage discovery, evidentiary filings, and court appearances in a dynamic, high-stakes environment.

Qualifications

• Admitted to the New York Bar; additional state bar admissions are a plus.
• Substantial construction litigation experience, particularly defense.
• Experience with Labor Law depositions and related procedures.

Requirements

Education

Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications

Admitted to practice law in New York.
