Job summary

Siegfried Rivera seeks an experienced Construction Litigation Attorney in Florida. Candidates should have 3–5 years of litigation experience with state and federal trial exposure. JD and FL Bar admission are required.

The role involves reviewing cases, drafting pleadings, and handling hearings and trials in both state and federal courts. The attorney will manage cases, meet client expectations, and maintain billing targets while building strong client relationships in a collaborative firm

Qualifications

  • JD from an accredited law school
  • Admission to the FL State Bar
  • 3-5 years of litigation experience
  • Exceptional knowledge of litigation cases from inception to trial
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Proactive, self‑starter attitude
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
  • Excellent team player and personable
  • Strong academic credentials
  • Experience with Westlaw, LexisNexis, NetDocs, AIM, I‑Connect, Florida Courts E‑Filing Portal, and PACER
