• Strong analytical, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of litigation from pleadings through discovery, depositions, motion practice, and hearings.
• Draft persuasive legal briefs and motions and conduct in-depth legal research.
• Collaborate with attorneys across practice groups to deliver strategic, client-focused solutions.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships while contributing to business development efforts.
