Kubicki Draper in Miami seeks an Associate with 2+ years in civil litigation. Prior insurance defense is required; construction litigation experience is highly desired.

Must be licensed to practice in Florida and possess strong legal research and writing skills. You will draft pleadings, review motions, analyze complex issues, and provide counsel to clients while maintaining clear communication with colleagues.
