You will draft pleadings, negotiate contracts, and guide cases through all litigation stages, collaborating with a top-tier team across offices.

The role offers exposure to arbitration, mediation, and high-profile disputes, with a focus on contract development and dispute resolution

Qualifications

• JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.

Responsabilités

• Represent clients in complex construction litigation, arbitration, mediation, and other dispute resolution proceedings.
• Draft, review, and negotiate construction contracts and related project documentation.
• Draft pleadings, prepare discovery, and manage motion practice in high-stakes litigation.
• Collaborate closely with partners and clients in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.
• Advise owners, developers, architects, engineers, and design professionals on legal issues arising throughout the lifecycle of construction projects.
• Manage cases through all stages of litigation, including fact development, discovery, motion practice, trial preparation, and appeals.
• Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda, motions, briefs, and other litigation-related documents.
• Develop case strategies and collaborate with partners on high-stakes disputes
