Job summary

Synectics Inc. in Orange County, California is seeking an experienced attorney to represent clients in construction litigation from pre-litigation through trial and appeal.

You will handle disputes on public and private construction projects, draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other litigation documents, and conduct depositions and court appearances. You will manage an active caseload while delivering excellent client service and collaborate with attorneys and support staff on complex

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Active California Bar license in good standing.
• Five or more years of construction litigation experience or closely related civil litigation experience.
• Strong knowledge of construction law, contracts, and dispute resolution.
• Excellent legal writing, analytical, organizational, and advocacy skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated with strong attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel occasionally as needed.
