We are seeking a skilled and detail-orientedConstruction Litigation Attorneyto join our team in Louisville. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience handling construction litigation matters and will be eager to assume meaningful responsibility in the firm's construction law department
Represent clients in construction litigation matters, such as contract disputes, bidding and procurement, employment litigation, lien enforcement, and even antitrust matters.
Assist in all phases of litigation, from initial case assessment through discovery, motions, hearings, and trial.
Conduct depositions, prepare witnesses, and draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses.
Provide strategic advice and risk assessments to clients.
Collaborate with colleagues and clients to achieve efficient and favorable case outcomes.
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
Admission to the Kentucky Bar (or eligibility to waive in).
Minimum of 2 years of Construction litigation experience.
Ability to manage a caseload independently while meeting deadlines.
