Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of mortgage, construction, or commercial lending experience.
• Direct experience originating and administering residential construction loans preferred.
• Established builder or realtor referral network in the greater Atlanta market is a significant advantage.

Responsabilités

• Proactively develop and maintain a referral network for construction loan opportunities.
• Originate construction loans for builders and end-user borrowers.
• Represent the credit union at community events to generate new member relationships.
• Receive, review, and process construction loan applications.
• Track available funds relative to project completion and process draw requests.
