Responsibilities

• Assist project managers or field supervision with project coordination.
• Estimate costs for change orders.
• Solicit bidders and coordinate subcontractor activity.
• Schedule various contracts and materials.
• Maintain document control.
• Coordinate subcontractors and ensure safety management.
• Participate in team meetings and reviews.
• Write RFIs, submittals, and assist in change orders.
