Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.
• Active Florida Bar membership in good standing.
• 3–5 years of construction-law experience preferred.
• Strong research and writing skills.
• Ability to manage a busy caseload independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in construction-related litigation, arbitration, and transactional matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate construction contracts and related agreements.
• Advise clients on lien law, bond claims, and construction defect issues.
• Manage a caseload with support from an experienced firm team.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
