Montana Materials & Construction, a CRH Company, is seeking a Construction Laborer for the Butte/Anaconda area in MT. You’ll help with road and site work, operate equipment and power tools, and support the crew on projects big and small.

No prior experience? Training is provided. You’ll be outdoors, earn overtime, and join a team that builds the roads and structures you see every day.

Qualifications

• Must have a current and valid driver's license.
• Safety-minded with good attendance and punctuality.
• Desire to learn a variety of skills.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.
• Ability to work well with others and follow supervision.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.
• Use asphalt and concrete saws to remove debris.
• Traffic control and flagging.
• Load and unload tools from work truck.
• Set grade and pave operations measurements.
• Drive company vehicle to sites.
• Routinely assist other crew members at different areas of production.
