Job summary

Loenbro is seeking a General Laborer to support construction projects in Courtland, AL. This full-time, non-exempt position involves physically demanding work performed alongside a team to ensure safe, efficient project completion.

You will assist with site setup and cleanup, material handling, basic tool operation, trenching, backfilling, and material installations while following all safety protocols and EH&S policies.

Qualifications

• GED or High School Diploma is required.
• Ability to work from ladders and scaffolds.
• Lift and carry objects and materials of various weights.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the setup and cleanup of construction sites.
• Load and unload materials and equipment.
• Operate hand and power tools under supervision.
• Dig trenches, backfill excavations, and compact soil.
• Assist with the installation of construction materials, such as pipes, concrete, and steel.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area.
