Energy Jobline ZR is seeking reliable Construction Laborers to support general contracting and commercial build sites across Morris County, NJ. You will work with project superintendents and skilled trades to manage site logistics, material flow, and general site upkeep.

The role requires 1-2 years on construction sites, OSHA 10 certification, and the ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in varied weather conditions. Local travel to multiple active job sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience on commercial or residential construction sites is preferred.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in varied weather conditions.
• Must have reliable transportation to active job sites across Morris County.

Responsibilities

• Maintain site cleanliness, debris removal, stage materials, and site prep/breakdown.
• Assist carpenters and masons with tool staging, framing layout, and concrete prep.
• Safely operate power tools, ladders, lifts, and basic job site machinery.
• Assist with selective demolition, structural prep work, and safety barrier installation.
• Adhere to OSHA standards and company safety guidelines.
