Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED preferred.
• 2+ years of construction industry experience preferred.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.
• Comfort working in an outdoors high-stress environment with extreme weather fluctuations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe work environment in compliance with safety policies.
• Assist with positioning, joining, aligning, and sealing pipe sections.
• Mix and pour concrete, spread and compact asphalt.
• Carry lumber, pipe, tools, and other types of construction materials.
• Report any problems and/or safety hazards.

Skills

Ability to follow basic instructions in English

Ability to use basic tools

Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team

Spanish fluency

Education

High school diploma/GED preferred
