Job summary

Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is seeking reliable general labor workers for active construction sites in Cheyenne. The role emphasizes manual labor, safety, teamwork, and dependable attendance.

Pay ranges from $18 to $22 per hour, DOE, with Mon-Fri 7am-5pm schedule and onsite work. Training is available for candidates with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn. CDL not required but helpful.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated reliability, punctuality and a proactive, "get it done" attitude.
• Physically fit to perform heavy labor and endure outdoor conditions.
• Willing to train in construction/general labor roles.
• Strong commitment to personal and crew safety.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Perform heavy manual labor including lifting up to 75 lbs and trenching.
• Prepare sites by cleaning debris and maintaining a safe work area.
• Assist with hand and power tool operation under supervision.
• Load/unload trucks and distribute materials around site.
• Support skilled trades to meet project deadlines.
• Follow OSHA safety standards and wear PPE.
