Job summary

Qualifications

1 year of construction experience.
Experience with concrete, soil and asphalt materials.
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical tasks.
Willingness to work outdoors and in varying weather conditions.
Reliable transportation to job sites and a driver's license.
Must pass a background check and a DISA drug test.
Open to overtime work and follow safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

Perform general labor tasks: site preparation, material handling, and debris removal.
Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
Assist skilled trades personnel (carpenters, electricians, etc.).
Load and unload materials, equipment, and supplies.
Maintain clean and organized work areas.
Follow all safety guidelines, company policies, and supervisor instructions.
Support daily project activities to meet timelines and productivity goals.
