Job summary

Amrize is seeking a Laborer in Coleman, OK to perform maintenance, equipment operation, grounds and housekeeping tasks at plant sites. This role requires working outdoors, following health and safety policies, and collaborating with regional teams to maintain facilities.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; equivalent work experience may be considered.
• 1 year general laborer experience preferred.
• Ability to work outdoors and perform physical tasks safely.
• Adherence to safety protocols and use of PPE including respirators.
• Valid driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Cleans and prepares sites and plants; may remove trees and debris and tend pumps, compressors and generators.
• Cleans around operating plant using basic tools and assists with mechanical maintenance.
• Monitors plant for spills or failures and reports to management; may operate company vehicles and power tools.
• Performs routine maintenance on equipment and notifies when repairs are needed.
• Supports safety and environmental policies and promotes a culture of safety.
• Reports unsafe conditions, accidents or incidents promptly to supervision.
