Job summary

Roberts JSS in Phoenix, AZ is hiring general construction laborers to join our crew on active job sites throughout the Valley. This is hands-on, physical work supporting our construction cleaning and move-in/move-out services.

Responsibilities include moving, lifting, packing furniture and building contents safely, loading materials on-site, performing rough and final cleaning, removing debris, and following all safety protocols while working independently or with a team.

Qualifications

• Able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for full shifts.
• Reliable transportation to job sites is required.
• Prior construction, moving, or janitorial experience is a plus but not required.
• Must pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Move, lift, and pack furniture and building contents safely and efficiently
• Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment on-site
• Perform rough clean, final clean, and detail cleaning of newly constructed units and common areas
• Remove debris, packaging, and construction waste
• Follow all safety protocols and site-specific instructions
• Work well independently and as part of a team
