Job summary

Coastal Pools in Grasonville, MD is seeking a Production Mechanic B to join our on-site construction team. You will perform supervised pool-construction and renovation tasks and learn the trade hands-on across new construction, renovation, and liner work.

You will log time in JobTread, maintain a valid DOT medical card and driver’s license, and come to site with reliability and a readiness to learn. This role is the starting rung toward advancing to Mechanic A.

Qualifications

• Read plans and learn hands-on across pool construction tasks.
• Operate basic pool equipment and assist in renovation and liner work.
• Maintain safety standards on site and follow supervisor directions.

THE ROLE AT A GLANCE

The Production Mechanic B is the foundation of every Coastal Pools crew — a developing builder who shows up, works safely, and learns the trade hands-on across new construction, renovation, and liner work.

This is where great builders start. You’ll perform supervised construction tasks, build the technical skills that define a Mechanic A, and work toward operating equipment, reading plans, and plumbing simple systems on your own. Reviews are conducted twice a year so you always know exactly what to build next.
