Job summary

Paul Davis is seeking Construction Laborers to join our restoration team. Reports To: Mitigation Manager. You will perform water mitigation, tarping, board up, mold remediation, and related services while delivering exceptional customer care.

We emphasize training, advancement, and a strong team culture. Expect an hourly wage of $15.00–$20.00, with opportunities for bonuses and benefits, as you help restore properties after disasters.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English.
• Valid drivers license with clean record.
• Ability to lift 75 lbs frequently.
• Willing to work nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• High level water mitigation and related services per standards.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Maintain truck and equipment stock and organization.
• Be on-call and participate in on-call schedule as needed.
• Assist in warehousing and facility tasks as necessary.
• Lead the team when required.

• Hourly pay: $15.00 to $20.00/hour based on experience and certifications

Role on the Team (Job Responsibilities):

• High level performance of water mitigation, tarping, board up, mold remediation, asbestos/lead abatement and carpet cleaning/reinstallation services according to Paul Davis and industry specifications under the supervision of the Mitigation Manager.


• Focus and dedication to providing excellent customer service.


• Maintain a clean, properly stocked and organized truck and maintain all company equipment.


• Be accessible by phone and participate, as necessary, in the on-call schedule.


• Assist in warehousing and facility related tasks when necessary.


• You will assist other team members as you see opportunities arise and be a leader for the team when needed.
