Job summary

Webber, a Ferrovial company, is seeking an entry-level Supervisor: Foreman to assist skilled craft workers on heavy civil projects in the United States. You will support the Foreman, learn supervision, and contribute to safe, efficient project execution in a dynamic field environment.

Responsibilities include site preparation, material handling, and basic concrete and pipe tasks, all performed under close supervision.

Qualifications

• Comply with all safety policies, practices and procedures.
• Provide leadership to others through example and sharing of knowledge/skill.
• Three or more years related construction experience preferred.
• Outdoor work in varied weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Digging, spreading and leveling dirt, sand and gravel using a pick, shovel or rake.
• Lift, carry and hold construction materials, tools and supplies.
• Clean tools, equipment, materials and work area.
• Mix, pour and spread concrete, asphalt, gravel and other materials using hand tools.
• Join, wrap and seal sections of pipe.
• Perform a variety of routine non-machine tasks and machine tasks as needed.
