Qualifications

• 1 year of commercial construction experience preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs.
• Must be able to stoop, bend, and stand for extended periods.
• Must be able to work at elevated heights.

Responsibilities

• Perform physical labor on construction projects as directed.
• Operate hand and power tools such as air hammers, earth tampers, cement mixers, small mechanical hoists, surveying equipment, and related instruments.
• Clean and prepare sites, dig trenches, set braces to support excavations, erect scaffolding, and clear rubble and debris.
• Assist other craft workers as needed.
• Work in all weather conditions with prolonged bending, squatting or standing, and lifting.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a drug-free workplace.
