Job summary

ASI Construction LLC is seeking a construction laborer to support field crews on-site in Utah. You will carry materials, spot equipment, operate small tools, and assist with coatings and underground work while following safety policies and supervisor instructions.

The role requires physical endurance, ability to work at heights, and willingness to learn. Valid driver’s license and OSHA 10 are preferred; high school diploma or GED is required.

Qualifications

• Clear communication with supervisors and co-workers.
• Ability to use hand tools, power tools, machines, and equipment.
• Strong willingness to learn and gain knowledge.
• Ability to follow work orders or instructions precisely.
• Commitment to safety policies and procedures.
• Experience/training in working at heights and PFAS awareness is a plus.
• Laborer should have their own basic hand tools; PPE provided by company.

Responsibilities

• Assist other craft workers and operators on site.
• Keep work areas clean and free of debris.
• Attend to pumps, compressors and generators.
• Assist with erecting and disassembling scaffolding and temporary structures.
• Perform demolition tasks as needed.
• Move and distribute building materials to the correct locations.
• Operate small tools like shovels, picks, rakes, etc.
• Assist with lubrication and maintenance of equipment.
• Operate various small equipment such as pavement breakers, jackhammers, and mixers.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Foreman/Superintendent.
