Job summary

ZVN Properties, Inc. is seeking a general laborer with carpentry, and equipment operation skills for on-site work in Massillon, OH. The role supports trenching, foundations, framing, and finishing tasks, reading tape measures, and using small power tools.

A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are preferred. Expect 1st shift, Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, with health insurance and vacation time offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Experience in construction or building trades is valued.
• Must be able to read a tape measure and use basic power air tools.

Responsibilities

• Check daily assignments and coordinate with crew supervisor.
• Assist trenching, waterline and sewer line work, foundations, rebar, and concrete pours.
• Perform interior rough framing, doors/windows/drywall/insulation tasks.
• Maintain clean and safe job sites.

JOB DUTIES:

Checks daily assignments and coordinates with crew SupervisorTrenching, waterline, and sewer line installation, foundations, tie rebar, pour concreteInterior rough framing, doors, windows, drywall, insulationAble to read a tape measure and use small power air toolsCleans up job sites

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

With valid driver’s license and good driving record, may drive various company vehicles on occasionPerforms other duties, as needed and when assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

High school diploma or equivalent2 years’ experience preferredValid driver’s license with a good driving record; must provide own transportation to shop or work site each day (having your own vehicle is essential)Must be able to stand or walk for up to eight (8) hours each day
